I acknowledge the anticipated attendance of over 1,000 guests and commit to providing:

  • A selection of spirits, wine, or beer from your portfolio.
  • Sampling cups suitable for .5 oz pours (spirits) or 2–4 oz pours (beer/wine/cocktails).
  • Brand signage, tablecloths, and takeaway items.
  • Dedicated staff or brand ambassadors continuously manning the table (must be 21+).
  • Swag items for VIP Attendees (totaling 150).
  • At least 2 bottles of premium whiskey or bourbon for VIP Early Entry (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM).

I agree to the following vendor responsibilities:

  • Setting up at the designated location provided by the Organizer.
  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the event.
  • Compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and permits.
  • Providing copies of all necessary licenses and certifications to the Organizer.
  • Providing all necessary equipment for the booth.
  • Ensuring safety and security of products, equipment, and personnel.

I understand the Organizer will provide a designated 10’x10’ space with a table, and will promote the event with regular attendance updates.

I agree to leave my space clean at the end of the event, removing all boxes and trash, leaving only the table and linen.

I understand vendors are not permitted to sample during VIP Early Entry (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM). This time is reserved exclusively for VIP guests.

Vendor Agreement

Cancellation and Termination: The Organizer reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time. All items collected from the Vendor will be promptly returned.

Liability and Indemnification: The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the Vendor’s products, services, or actions during the event. The Vendor is responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage. Proof of Insurance may be requested at any time.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements. Modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Colorado. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colorado.
